Two dozen Quebec and international chefs, pastry chefs, barmen and brewers will offer their best, especially from a new and young cooking scene perspective. After Paris, Moscow and Shangai, Montreal’s edition is becoming a must-see event by bringing together over 1,500 professionals and amateurs.

“More than anywhere else in the world, Omnivore and Montreal are in love. The encounter of a festival and a city, intimate ties are being forged for close to five years,” says Luc Dubanchet, the Omnivore founder.
