After performing earlier this year at the Salle André-Mathieu Theatre in Laval, the young star is excited to have a show planned at Club Soda with Canadian singer and songwriter, Mo Kenney.

Kim Churchill, a folk, rock and blues musician from east coast Australia, has been touring across the globe for the past five years and he says it’s been nothing but an incredible adventure! Inspirational and motivational on so many levels, the constant touring has allowed Churchill to not only see the world, but share his passions for music and culture. He says, touring has been an incredible opportunity for meeting new people, learning and growing as a person and an artist.

Performing his latest album, Silence/Win, Churchill says he feels that his shows are now getting to the next level. “I am feeling confident to perform and I am really beginning to nail this album.” Happy to have just landed in Canada, Churchill says he is looking forward to performing with Mo Kenney. Especially in such a great venue here in Montreal. “I have known Club Soda since the first time I came to Montreal. I used to walk by and hope that one day I would be good enough to have my own show there. It’s time to step up the performance!”

For Churchill, his music and performance is about a lot more than simply a show. It’s about engaging with his fans and really creating a relation. “I don’t want ‘big’. I want people to discover my music for themselves.” For Churchill, this is as much of a journey for himself as he hopes for his fans which is exactly why he loves performing at so many different venture around the world.
