Photolog: Reverend Horton Heat

The current enthusiasm for rockabilly and psychobilly owes much to Reverend Horton Heat. The American band combines punk, country, surf, swing, and a little more punk for danceable, high energy songs. Andres Roget wove his way through skull tatoos, black leather fringe, and pencil leg pants to get some pictures of the musical legend in action at Club Soda. Deke Dickerson joined the Reverend as a special guest. Necromantix and the Brains, also long loved acts, brought some extra horsepower to the engine of this show.
