This year’s Under Pressure Graffiti Festival attracted artists and audiences from around the world. The 22nd edition of Under Pressure was mostly held along Saint Catherine Street just past Place Des Arts. It featured live DJ sets, breakdancing battles, skateboarding competitions, and areas where festival goers could sit and watch graffiti artists create their beautiful murals. Under Pressure has long been a place where young people, families and others can appreciate an art form that has had to battle its way through taboos and legalities just to exist.
