The Indie Coffee Passport : Coffee from Around Montreal Cheaply

I love coffee. I love coffee in the “you can pry my mug from my cold dead hands” kind of way. Put a cup in my hand and my day gets better any time of day or night. It is liquid happiness, liquid sunshine, liquid warmth. Of course, paired with my favourite beverage are the places to get it. Coffee gives me an excuse to hit new neighbourhoods and linger around while I write articles for Montreal Rampage. One of the best and cheapest ways to do this is with the Indie Coffee Passport (ICP).

The third version of this rather clever passport entitles the holder to a free drink (usually from a choice of several) at 29 participating cafes from around the city. It started August 1 and will run until February 26, 2016. Best of all, it’s a mere $30. So, that’s just a little bit more than a buck a cup. The only cheaper coffee is the kind you make at home!
