The moon is very captivating so much so that for those of us moon-gazers having nights like these past few are particularly special. Since full moons are thought of as powerful and this perigee moon particularly so as it will be 80 years before it is so close again.

The moon was first very easy to see on my way home the other night but after I went inside to get my camera and came back out I had some difficulty finding it again. It was a search that had me climbing obstacles such as concrete blocks to find it. It was worth the effort I put in to find it and I would do it again.
