If the Darling Foundry were receiving an education in the Quebec system, it’d be graduating CEGEP right now. Actually, this is not the 20th anniversary of the building, but rather, Quartier Éphémerè, the non-profit organization that administrates the Darling Foundry. The event, called Soirée Porcelain, included a ticketed cocktail, followed by a Darling Foundry Open House where artists open the doors of their studios as well as a vernissage with Christina Zurfluh and Dora Garcia’s latest works. Music was provided by DJs Sweet Dynamyte, Maus, dull, Bucksmith, and Gabriel Reichhold. Eugenie Khoury also enacted a live performance. Sizzling.
Soirée Porcelain took place May 21 at the Darling Foundry (745 Ottawa)
