Every year, the city hosts free events on New Years Eve. Generally this amounts to free music and a lot of people in an outdoor public space. So, even if you’re bitter cold in your parka, you can warm your own heart with the knowledge that you have a little more money in your pocket for 2023. This year, Radio Radio will be at Square Victoria in the Old Port area, while Émile Bilodeau will be at Square Dorchester Downtown. You still need to reserve tickets to attend both.
