Marie Chouinard Inducted into Dance Hall of Fame
Marie Chouinard, the revolutionary choreographer, has just been inducted into the Dance Collection Danse Hall of Fame for 2024, alongside other remarkable talents such as Frank Augustyn, Constance V. Pathy, and Joey Hollingsworth. This memorable evening took place on November 10th in Toronto.
Pierre Des Marais, General and Artistic Director of Danse Danse, and Carol Prieur, a dancer with the company, paid tribute to Marie Chouinard during this exceptional ceremony. It was a powerful moment highlighting the immense contribution of the artist to contemporary dance.
