Think you or your friends have what it takes to scour Montreal for the weird, the wacky, and the all around wild? Impossible Montreal is holding its city-wide scavenger hunt for the fourth year. This crazy activity sends teams around the city to complete a list of activities that are, frankly, impossible to complete. Nonetheless, the brave and the foolish alike try and usually have an unexpected amount of fun in the process.
We wrote about last year’s event HERE. Tasks from last year included:
- Make a video dating profile from the 80s.
- Dress up as Alice Munro. Read selections of her work to people in the metro
- Create a new tumblr page. All it does is display a full-screen image of your favourite Star Trek character but there’s a speech bubble coming out of their mouth and it always displays Taylor Swift’s latest tweet
- Take a picture by the Canadian parliament buildings. The 1845 parliament buildings.
This weekend (Nov 1-2) is your chance to create a team of up to 13 people to compete. It costs $10 per participant. The actual scavenger hunt/competition takes place November 14-16, but you’ve got to be in it to win it by registering on time.
